Over the past five years, he has excelled in the construction industry as the founder of Projegrity, a firm based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, known for its innovative and sustainable solutions. Established three years ago, Projegrity reflects Shailendra’s vision of delivering excellence and quality in construction projects. With a strategic mindset and a commitment to sustainability, he has successfully driven growth and created value in every sector he has ventured into. With an MBA in Export-Import from IPS Academy, Baiju Varghese brings over two decades of experience in industrial supply and global trade, including a tenure with Dubai and Bahrian. In 2010, he ventured into civil and interior works, 3D/2D designing, furniture, establishing the brand “Projegrity.” Baiju specializes in building and innovative infrastructure solutions, delivering expertise across diverse domains with a focus on sustainability.
